Order Policy

All custom orders require a minimum 48-hour notice. Wedding cakes and large event orders require at least 2 weeks notice. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders over $100.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time. Custom orders cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our baked goods. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery for a resolution.

Limitation of Liability

BakingOpus liability is limited to the cost of the purchased items. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
